In my 8th week of a projected 10 week cycle. Current stats 6' 285lbs 22%bf
Not worried about getting lean yet. Working on strength. Current doses:
400 mg deca/wk 500 mg test/wk weeks 1-4 d-boll 40 mg ed.
Getting great results.
My problem is this by Friday of each week i am damn near worn out. Eat good, taking a great multi-v. B-12 shots.and an ECA stack, sleeping 6-8 hours a night. I work alot, but still get a 1-2 hour workout daily. I am 32, am I just getting old?? Any input would be appreciated? Thanks in advance.

I would say, at your size, you definately need more sleep. 8 hours is a minimum.

Add more test ... at least 750mg a week at your size.
Also, the ECA stack is wearing you out too, bro. Do you take it all day or just before your workout? If you're taking it all day your body is using a lot more energy than without.
Sleep ... I dunno ... its hard for us normal Joe's to get a good nights sleep, and have a full time job, and get a good workout.
Your training sessions shouldn't be really longer than an hour bro.
I'm 6'2" 260lb (down from 280lb just about 6 weeks ago). Dunno what my bodyfat is, but I'm built nicely, but not show form, so I know where you are coming from as far as a bigger guy standpoint.
Hope that helps a little.

I'll ditto the SLEEP!!! It's tough to get, but 6-8 hours on cycle ain't gonna cut it. I would suggest that although you probably can't get it every night, that you definitely make a point of getting 9-10 hours lets say on Wednesday night. Your probably gonna be too amped up if you work out and eca that night, so I think if you take Wednesday night off, get some good meals in and hit the sack early enough, you'll stretch your energy into the weekend without being worn out by Friday. Also suggest on Sat and Sun a 1 1/2 hour nap in the early afternoon. Makes a huge difference in your energy levels and I think you'll see a better growth pattern.
Your body is reacting to the gear and training stimulus to repair and grow at an unnatural pace, so you have to FEED it and REST it. I think those are the two typical areas that we fall down in during the quest to get huge.

Thanks for all the input. I will try and up the test dose. I only take the eca stack about an hour b-4 I work out, also, I work out after work, so I am jacked up when I get home.I should have mentioned the last 20-30 minutes of my workout is cardio, nothing too intense, walk on an incline at about 3.2 mph. I like the idea of taking Wed. off. Also will try and get more sleep. Just hard to do. Thanks again for all the help, God knows I need it.

PS: Bigthhom, if I may ask, what did you use and how did you drop 20 lbs in 6 weeks, that's pretty damn impressive, IMO. LMK...Thanks bro.

LOL - Thanks on the lost weight ... best thing is I'm pretty sure its all water and fat ... no muscle (thank God!).
I used ECA w/ T3 ... ramped the T3 up to only 75mcg a day and then back down on only a 75 tab cycle (would have liked to run 100 tab, but the girlfriend got a hold of a strip of the tabs ... grrrr!).
I also tried to follow a stricter diet ... I could of been a lot better though. Basically lean protein with some complex carbs every 2.5-3 hours all day. IE - Protein Shake and Oatmeal for breakfast ... 3 chicken breasts and baked potatoe mid morning ... etc etc. Tried to keep total carbs below 200 and keep the fat as LOW as possible. Your energy levels take a hit, but I needed to drop some flab in order to take myself seriously while training all winter for next season.
Let me know if I can give you any more specific advice ... as there are a few ways to shed the fat, and this is only one of them.
Best of luck!

I know how you feel man. Sleep is a must but i usually get good sleep and i am wornout at the end of the week. I would say to just chill on the weekends and maby switch you workouts up so you not hiting the same thing every friday (you might not be putting your best effort to that bodypart) Hope i helped some.

No workout today, and all I have done is sit in my recliner, eat, and drink water, since I got home from work. Figure I'll go to bed about 10 tonight instead of 11 or 12, my usual times.
Bigthom, I have been thinking about t-3 after this cycle with some clen, did you take any AAS while leaning to help reduce risk of muscle loss?
BTW, Sandman, any input helps man, alot of the time, all we have is what we know, and sharing that is the best we can do. Good point about neglecting my Friday body parts...I will rotate more.
Thank you gentlemen.

I would venture to say that the reason you're feeling run down is due to the mismatching of your routine, and AS cycle. Let me explain.
Most of the time users will spend a lot of time planning out their cycle. They will calculate the times that certain drugs will kick in due to the effects that they exert on the body. However their training rarely goes through any kind of change. From my experience, I've often seen people up the volume (meaning days and sets) of their workouts. That's it.
Guess what, if these people changed their workouts to meet the demands of the drugs they use I gaurantee they'd see better gains in muscle and strength. For instance, I advised one individual to cycle his training according to his 250 mg a week dosage of Sust. I had him doing most of his work when his blood had peaked and less when they were leaving his body. On a matinence caloric intake, he manged to put on 10 pounds of lean tissue. Now, for some of you that's peanuts. But, bare in mind that this was a small dosage coupled with just the essentials calories needed so he could keep his bodyfat levels at bay.
Just some food for thought.
