Chiropracters

I saw this chiropracter, who's telling me my spine is not straight and stuff. My posture is slanted to the right, this and that. I mean, we all have some kind of not perfectly straight spines, but he suggested I see him once a week for 6-7 weeks, he is going to pop everything that's not into proper place where it's supposed to be. I have been having back pains and stuff, but I have heard to stay away from chiropracters. I hear they are full of shit, and actually cause some serious spinal injuries...
What do you think?
Thanks
P.S. I have a good article explaining my so called "condition" if you guys have no idea what I just tried to explain...LMK and I'll post it

And X-rays DO NOT show bulging disks...have to be careful with those..Also,
X-rays do not show annular tears..they can fuck those up too!! make it worse...
sometimes you can leave feeling good, then one day later, your disk acts up or the muscles and ligaments fire back and stiffen up...try it, but stop
after you feel better.no matter WTF he or she says!! its your health down the road..not theirs...

Hm, matter fo fact I do....I do not know why, just a habit a guess, fels good too. You got me curious as helln >ninja How is this relevant?
This doc I told you about I am not seeing cuz I heard bad things about him. However, he mentioned that a session would be 35 bucks. Now that I'll be looking for a different one, you guys think that's a fair price? I am not sure if my insurance will cover any of it yet?

I hear ya, that's what I thought. Is that explain why when benching, and especially when shoulder military pressing, often one arm goes down, and the form gets uneven, as I try to twist and make up?

chiropractor, but Active Release Technique fixed my weeker shoulder,,,
also, helped a elbow injury...find one in your area and you canc over both
tings..Active Release Technique is not about cracking, or poppong, or violent thrusts,...sort of like deep tissue stretching and breaking up of scar tissue...and getting rid if imbalances...I go once a week now to this guy..
lot of BB's see him...he brings out the pump in your muscles too!!
do a search....for it...

And there is no way in hell I would go to one if my back was not straight what happens if they do something the wrong way then you are screwed up for life.
