Hello guys,

Kawbiker here. For the last 3 weeks, my tricepts keep waking me up about 2 times a night. From my elbows, to 4 or so inches up my tri's are tight and burning. It wakes me up and I have to move them around for a minute for it to go away. I haven't been on any gear for over 8 months. This is every night. not just after tri workouts. I have no idea what to think of it. It came out of nowhere about three weeks ago. Anyone else experience this or have any ideas on it?

Thank you,
kawbiker

No problem brother...try to take the steps to get it better since it is known as such a nagging injury. You dont want to have to deal with it for the rest of your life.
