I am just going to give a weekly post about my weight/lifts/overall feelings on the cycle...Basic stuff..Any idea what Bodyfat I am at with those pictures? I am thinking 14-15...TROUBLE AREA IS LOWER BACK/LOVE HANDLES! They suck and I need them gone so cardio cardio and MORE cardio!!!!!!
