1-10 Test E 900 mg a week
3-11 Tren A 75 mg daily
3-9 T3

.25 mg armidex daily
multi
600mg b6
1200 mg vitex
amino's
tripple flex joint relef
10mg nolva every other day

Diet

7:00 cardio/abs
7:45 shake
8:45 10 egg whites/oats
10:00 tuna
10:45 shake
12:30 tuna
1:30 roast beef/veg
2:15 shake
3:00 workout cardio/abs
4:30 shake
6:00 chicken/sweet potato
8:00 tuna
9:30 shake

400 Grams of Protien 2500 cals (Before Cardio) About 100 carbs give or take.

I will also be drinking 1-2 gallons of water daily

Workout Split
Monday- Chest/Legs/triceps/Cardio 2x/Abs
Tuesday- Shoulders/Back/Bi/Cardio 2x/Abs
Wed-Cardio/Abs/Cardio/abs
Thursday-Chest/Legs/Tricepsi/Cardio 2x/Abs
Friday-Shoulders/Back/Bi/Cardio 2x/Abs
Sat- REST
Sun-REST

Total 1.5 hours cardio daily/500 Abs


I am just going to give a weekly post about my weight/lifts/overall feelings on the cycle...Basic stuff..Any idea what Bodyfat I am at with those pictures? I am thinking 14-15...TROUBLE AREA IS LOWER BACK/LOVE HANDLES! They suck and I need them gone so cardio cardio and MORE cardio!!!!!!

if you can make a move and gain some size in your back, it would make you have more of a "V" look. at the same time your love handle area will tighten up.

looking at your diet, it looks like you're gonna keep the shake industry in business!lol I also dont understand why you're gonna keep your carbs/day so low. Are you gonna compete or something?

No plans of that I just want to keep my protein as high as I can without my calories being up there also. The shake situation is just preference. I am in school and have a very busy schedule. The shakes are built around my day so I can make sure I get my 400+ grams of protein. I just want to lean out 100% on this cycle whiel puttin on some mass at the same time. Thanks for the comments and opinions!

You got a good base

This 10 wk blast your about to start should turn out good if you don't injure anything.

Don't forget to go up on your protein as you make it further into the weeks.

I'd definitely up it some by the time you start the tren. And then every wk after that a lil' more.

You'll probably be eating everything in sight that doesn't eat you first and not gain any fat.Even without the T3 if you dropped it.

I think you'll have a good 10 wks out of this.

Adex gets it done for me when on test, but when I'm on tren I got to have some Bromo too.

Hope your blast goes good.

You didn't post up any PCT. So hope you got that covered too with some hcg and clomid.

I surprisingly weighed in at 248.7 today before my mourning cardio but that could have to do with the 2 pounds of shrimp/protien shake I had 3 hours before...Overall I feel good except for my VERY VERY painful injections. I am a little worried about the Tren since it is from the same lab as the test. Tren alone is bad but if the injections feel like this everyday It will be impossible to train legs and do cardio...I started the t3 yesterday instead of week three. Lifts are all up about 5 pounds this week and cardio is going well.

249.8 today and feeling leaner already. All my lifts are up and the test has def kicked in fully after only 2 weeks. I feel like im just shedding on this workout. 45 minutes cardio at 630 am..Then I do my lifts mid day and come back and do 35-45 more minutes of cardio at 9. Diet is very good. I am relying on shakes a lot but im not too worried about it. Upped my carbs a good amount and it hasnt been a problem..Not sure exactly when I will start the tren....next week or the week after....we shall see...I am waiting on bromo and dont want to risk it...

Indeed I have been slacking on this thread haha...I am at 253 as of last tuesday...I am def leaner but not THAT much leaner....I had a couple setbacks like that bubble on my right leg that wouldnt go away for 4 weeks...That stopped me from running or doing any cardio for 3 weeks and really hurt my overall moral about the cycle...I am back to 100% healthy this week and will start back up harder then before..My strength has went up on every lift and since I started the tren about 10 days ago it has jumped even more...The t3 will be done in 5 days or so and I will jump right into clen to make sure I dont gain any cheap weight..I am very interested to see how i finish up...I am hoping to lean out a good bit more and keep moving up on my strength...I would be happy if I didnt gain another pound on this but im sure I will haha..I will update my weight tommorw when I get back from the gym.
