just curious guys....got in a fight the other night and re-tore the fucker a little bit. The guy thought i was pissed before that happened..look out!!! I had some serious anger when i felt it let go and slamed him 0on the grown and planted my foot on the back of his head....little fucker

anyways i was wondering if the hgh would maybe work fatser/better if injected into the immediate area of problem???

The Gh may help over the long haul but not anytime soon and site injec wont help at all. If its a real tear surgery is the quickest and most visually appealing way to deal with it. Sorry to hear it bro...
