How to stop cravings?

Ive been cutting my carbs lately, and I manage to really well, until i get really bad cravings for food while im relaxing before i goto bed, and i end up screwing up the past few nights, Im not sure what i can do to subside these, I was thinking about meridia, but less chemicals the better, yeah i eat my cottage cheese and water, but if i wanted to stop any cravings, id prolly have to drink a gallon and eat 3 cups, still not the greatest choice to have alot of anything before bed..

YES, IT SHOULD BE AT ANY DECENT HEALTH FOOD STORE, MANY BRANDS...
MAKE SURE TO GET THE ORGANIC ONE, PREFERABLY FROM ITS NATIVE ORIGIN...
ALSO, IT CAN BE TAKEN AT ANYTIME, ITS NOT A STIMULANT BRO, ITS PURELY AN APPETITE SUPPRESANT...

take a tylenol pm or melatonin and just pass out before you give in. or add ice to your nightime protein shake. The ice adds weight to make you feel more full but no additional cals.

Hoodia works great. Synephrine HCl can do the trick as well, tougher to get ahold of by itself though, to make into an intranasal spray.
