Well, lately, i havent making alot of premade meals, so ive been eating alot of raw eggs, (7 eggs, whites, in the blender, a lil vanilla extract and 1-2 cups of chocolate protein powder, actually tastes amazing), but sometimes i get stomach pains, so i was wondering if i should take Enzymes with it to help digest them, i know some people say you cant digest raw eggs or whatever, i dont see why not, im sure your body is hot enough to cook a raw egg anyways. So anyways, insight would be appreciated,

I WOULD SUGGEST A DIGESTIVE ENZYME FOR SURE. I USE PAPYA, BUT THERE ARE SPECIFIC DIGESTIVE ENZYMES COMBOS AVAILABLE. TB SHOULD ALSO BE ABLE TO ELABORATE IN MUCH MORE DETAIL......

As you stated raw eggs aren't absorbed effectively until they are heat activated. The other issue is that raw eggs inhibit the absorbtion of biotin (via the protein avidin) - if you continue this for a sustained period and consume a lot you may encouter hair loss as a result.

YES, AS RED SPY TALKED ABOUT, AVIDIN DESTROTS BIOTIN, THATS A BAD THING, YOUR HAIR WILL THIN AND START TO COME OUT, IN EXTREME CASES...
WE NEED BIOTIN FOR MANY THINGS, VERY IMPORTANT B VITAMIN...
IF YOU ARE GOING TO DRINK RAW EGGS PASTEURIZE THEM (HEAT THE M UP) OR BY THEM IN A CARTON ALREADY PASTEURIZED, THIS DEACTIVATES THE AVIDIN...

i just find it easier to just throw them in a blender, its honestly not gross at all if u add a lil vanilla extract and protein powder, it takes better then any shake i have ever had.

you should also worry about salmonella(spelling?)poisoning. unless you have a local small farmer who you get eggs from personally, your eggs are comming from a massive chicken operation with birds in the thousands,or millions where the birds come into contact with all kinds of diseases.blame the good ol' USA government for that though, because thats the only way for farmers to stay in business. either way, peggy sue isnt out throwing feed for the chickens, and putting eggs in her basket in the morning. cook that shit bro.

DUDE, GO TO THE STORE, IN THE AGGS SECTION, OR POSSIB;LY DAIRY, RIGHT NEXT TO THE "EGG BEATERS" THERE SHOULD BE A LIQUID WHITES PRODUCT, ITS JUST PURE LIQUID EGG WHITES, ITS BEEN ULTRA PASTEURIZED SO THE AVIDIN IS NEUTRALIZED AND THERE IS NO RISK OF SALMANELLA...
THAT WAY, YOU CAN HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO...

ever see napolean dynamite? that chicken farm in the movie is how its really done. now, im no enviornmental or animal rights fag,i support farmers 100%. ive worked on many dairy farms, plan to go to collage for dairy science, and hopefully build my own large dairy. you always take a chance of getting sick from eating raw eggs, undercooked meat, and even juice like apple cider or orange juice, thant hasnt been pasturized. its not that farming is less sanitary than 50 years ago,its just that more animals mean more chance of disease, and with ever expanding farms, more animal transfer goes on. fuck organic farms too.i think thats more of an expensive gimmic than anything.animals need antibiotics.we all take them dont we?besides, milk must be witheld for usually 48 hours from cows that have been treated, and their is also a time frame before animals treated can be slaughterd. save your money.

Try dry egg white powder....cheaper than both whole eggs and beaters/pasteurized liquid egg whites.
