What time of the day is idea for weight training? Would it be in the morning after rest or some other time of day? When is the body best worked to achieve good results or does it matter. Thanks in advance for input.

It's different for everyone, I like to work out in the AM as I have the most energy.

If your schedule allows, the Ideal time for weight training is in the AM (Morning Hours) because your Natural Test levels are at the highest levels this time of the day.

Agree with PECS, There were some times this past summer that me and a couple of friends got up at 4 in the morning to go train. Those workouts believe it or not were the best. I always love when people say they don't have time to go to the gym...hell you got 24 hours in a day and can get a good workout in in just one hour.

I 'm different. I like to workout in the evening. I feel like I get a better pump after eating all day. I like to go to bed about three hours after. I feel the rest after a workout is more productive.
