Say you were going to have a shake that was 1000-2000 calories and 100 grams of protien....on 750 mg of test a week a 190 pound man could take this??? It is made with milk so that will slow it also right?? This is not me of course.

i dont think its a matter of how many Kcals you can digest at a time, but rather how many macronutrients and at what ratio you can...

i'd say 2000 is realy high

think about eating a 16oz porterhouse and some corn (hah..random)...that meat just SITS in your stomach for a while...and a lot of meat gives me wicked shits, telling me that i could not digest that much meat even on 750mg test

that's why the guys always say more frequent smaller meals to equivocate to the same cals throughout the day

I see what your saying but The normal human without juice MUST be able to take 1000...your body wont like it..but I bet it could get its use...Therefore on juice I expect it to go up...any more opinions?

I AM NOT SURE THAT THE ISSUE WOULD BE HOW MANY YOU CAN DIGEST, BUT RATHER HOW MANY CAN YOU UTILIZE. I WOULD SAY THIS ANSWER IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH PERSON. FOR EXAMPLE I KNOW SOME GUYS WHO CAN PUT THE BIG ASS MEALS AWAY AND NOT ADD BF. I HAVE TO SPREAD MINE OUT MORE.

if you consume more that your body can absorb,it just goes to waste out your ass. i have that problem with protine. now i take a digestive enzymes with every high protine meal and with shakes.
