I'd say 1 cardio session and 1 lifting session are fine.
Separate if possible. Together if not (lifting first then cardio)

i take 3 hydroxycut hardcores about 20 minutes before i start on an empty stomach, about 5 min into the cardio session..... woo hoooooo, im zoomin!!

Just stay where you are, and the bf will drop. DONT do cardio on an empty stomach, your just robbing your body of muscle
