ITS GOOD.
THE ADDITION OF L-NORVALINE HELPS TO QWELL THE ENZYME ARGINASE, FROM METABOLIZING THE ARGININE SO QUIKCLY, WHICH LEAVES MORE ARGININE READILY ABLE TO CONVERT TO CITRULINE VIA NOS, WHICH HELPS THE "PUMP EFFECT" TO LAST LONGER.
ITS ONE FO THE MORE SCIENTIFICALLY SOUND NITRIC OXIDE/CREATINE COMBO SUPPLEMENTS, AND NOT JUST A SMORGASBOARD OF CREATINE AND ARGININE, WHICH IS NOT VERY EFFICIENT, AS MOST FORMULAS UTILIZING BOTH, DON'T REALIZE THAT MOST FORMS OF ARGININE WILL DEMINISH THE ABSORPTION OF CREATINE.
ITS ONE THAT I RECOMMEND OFTEN, AT THE STORE.

Glad to hear it, hard to find anything worth while in Canada, most stores around here are crappy generic GNC or Natural Health herbal crap stores. When you do find good products the prices are so jacked it doesn't make it worth your while.

It's backed by totally SOLID data. It's definitely something formulated for a specific reason - not just throwing everything but the kitchen sink in.
I recommend it quite often too.
(I don't respond to any creatine form though.
