HOMEMADE MEAL-REPLACEMENT SHAKE RECIPE
This recipe provides for several servings. It has everything you need except vegetables. You can use it for a low calorie/day cutting-mealplan…just add your green veggies in somewhere during the day.
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups - STRAWBERRIES, WHOLE, FRESH OR FROZEN
2 - MEDIUM SIZE BANANAS
2 cups – LIQUID EGG WHITES
2 scoops - VANILLA WHEY PROTEIN "Optimum Nutrition" or an equivalent
1 ½ cups (measured dry) - QUICK COOK OATMEAL
2 cups - SKIM (FAT FREE) MILK
1 Tbsp - FLAX SEEDS
1 Tbsp - FLAX SEED OIL or OLIVE OIL
Add Splenda (sucralose) if you want to make it taste sweeter.
Add water if you want to dilute the consistency.
DIRECTIONS:
You might need an extra large blender for this. I put all the ingredients into a large plastic pitcher, then I use my Braun electric hand blender to mix it. It takes some time to blend this stuff thoroughly. Next, pour and serve. After you’re done, keep unused portion/s refrigerated. Do not save blended shake for longer than 48 hours.
Hope you enjoy!

HEY BROS. I FORGOT TO POST THE MOST IMPORTANT PART...NUTRITION PROFILE:
CARBS 233 g
PRO 134 g
FAT 31 g
SODIUM 1385 mg
TOTAL CALORIES 1750
TRY ALSO USING DIFFERENT FRUIT COMBINATIONS. I LIKE TO USE PINEAPPLES AND RASPBERRIES SOMETIMES FOR A CHANGE OF PACE.
YOU CAN ALSO USE WATER INSTEAD OF MILK TO CUT CALORIES. IT JUST CHANGES THE TASTE AND CONSISTENCY SLIGHTLY.
