[size=7]I recently evaluated my supplement intake and was shocked. I was taking nearly 40 pills a day.
PRE-WORKOUT POST-WORKOUT
BCAA-6 BCAA-6
L-GLUTAMINE-6 L-GLUTAMINE-6
ARGININE-ORNITHINE-5 FULL SPECTRUM AMINOS-3
L-CARNITINE-1
FULL SPECTRUM AMINOS-3
+ 1 MULTI & 2 CALCIUM
I couldn't believe that it was that many. It didn't seem like it, but it was. Now, I have cut out the FULL SPECTRUM AMINOS & L-CARNITINE. But, that still leaves me with 32 pills daily. I think you shouldn't take more than 20 max, especially when you are on a cycle. I am looking for some POWDER BCAAS, so I can get down to 20 pills daily. I will probably get some powdered L-GLUTAMINE also after I run out. I encourage everyone to check and make sure they're not taking too many pills, it's extremely easy to do. Also, any good recommendations for POWDER BCAAS would really be appreciated. I'm going to look on Bodybuilding.com. We all have to take care of our bodies, and as you all know your liver is an extremely important part.

The powdered BCAA's and Glutamine will be more readily absorbed but wont reduce the stress on your liver.

What kind of post is that LB???? LOL
Liquid or pills, anythign you put down you throat will even tually pass the liver. Do your best to take liver supps and stay away from things you know to be hepatoxic, as much as you can anyway. I'm pretty much always taking milk thistle, NAC, ALA, and a few other things, just to keep my liver on the up and up.

Your liver can handle all of that and not break a sweat.
Now if you were talking about a daily combination of 32 items including tylenol, shots of booze, and oral steroids, then you would be looking for trouble.

I'm thinking about getting some LIVER LONGER. Anyone know if it works good. I'm not on a cycle, but I read that it doesn't matter.

I did a gallstone flush and got 50 stones of ½" or bigger in diameter. Orals, alcohol and other drugs can be good at giving you gallstones. I am getting some liver longer. No cholestasis for this liver if I can help it.

I thought that if you are using gear it was not a good idea to use a liver supplement.
I on 600 mg of T a week.
Is it ok?
I also take animal pak for my daily vitals.
