Delts are easiest for me.. Im gifted in the shoulders. Everything else I have to work hard for.. chest is hardest for me!

Biceps and shoulders for me. My mom had this book/magazine holder with a handle when I was like 8 or 9 years old I would curl that thing with magazines in it and do shoulder raises. I use to skip bicep workouts and shoulders every now and then in my adult years to keep them from getting too big compared to the rest of my body.

Every body part except my thighs. GRRRRR!!!! They always seem to lag behind.

My thighs grow the best, it's almost a "good thing" that my knees hurt so much or I would be completely unbalanced. After a couple years of never squatting thanks to knee pain, my upper body is slowly catching up to my thighs... laugh.gif

My delts grow very well too, but my chest lags pretty bad. Chest and biceps some too.

For me ? My arms........... I have to undertrain those to keep them from looking silly.

My chest has been the hardest to build.

quads, glutes and delts. loves my squats and deads.

i like to work out my back the most but its mainly legs and shoulders that grow fastest

I am not blessed with an easiest anything to build besides gut. But that's OK, makes me work harder and smarter.

Definitely my tri's. I actually back off on them sometimes so they don't overshadow my bi's.
weakest is my glutes for some reason. My hams and quads grow okay, but not my glutes. My wife will joking call me the "big guy w/ no butt".

What does everyone have a huge back except me?

My chest tri's and quads grow the fastest naturally. Shoulders aren't far behind. I have a hard time growing my bi's and back, but until recently I'm not sure I was ever training back properly.
