Just wondering how many of you out there weigh around 160 to 175. I fall into that weight class and i was just wondering what you guys bench. I can put up 220 on a good day.

what is that like 130% of you bw???

good job.. at 210 my max was 525.. but i don't do anywhere near that now.. 325 is my working, and i haven't done that this year.. mostly high reps stuff now..

Damn good numbers....at 250lbs I max at 405. I'm 45yo and the front delts get hammered too much. I've switched to higher rep dumbells and comfortable smooth form.

Pulled out and dusted off the old journal for this one. At 170lbs, 245 x 2. Senior year of HS. I was so wet behind the ears!

Now something that shocked me, how about 315x20 for squats at the weight? That's when I was young 'n' dumb and didn't mind puking every time I worked legs. LOL I ain't pushing myself like that ever again!

315x20 at 170lbs b/w...Damn!...tough sob!

Big A ........A good friend on mine weighs 143 ....benches 420......But hes one of a kind ....Pound for pound hes the best i know personaly.

i did 315lbs at a weight of 195 2 yrs ago. Now i'm getting back into it slowly after a long time off lifting and just worked with 135 lbs for 10 reps last workout. I felt like a total pussy!

All that counts is that you are back and working out. Its not the amount of weights you put up, its what you do with the weights you have in front of you. Just keep moving forward.

jeez! thats insane 315 x 20. Im happy when I get 315 x 7 weighing in at 210.

At about 195 during my first dbol/test E cycle I put up 365lbs. Hasn't happened since, and I can only get up 315 now and I'm at about 185.

Time to get on cycle again:)

Im at 213 pounds right now, and hit 405 on bench for the first time ever a couple weeks ago. It was a huge milestone for me that I never thought I would reach because I was always considered one of the "smaller" guys.
