How come I can only make the 4 attacks per hour like is says in the rule sticky? But I see people that are under level 20 making 12-13 attacks in a row, minutes apart? Does it have anything to do with VIP status?

As you gain levels your attack time will get shorter and shorter.

I mean look at this, 12 attacks in 5 minutes by someone on level 22. According to the sticky this person should only be able to do 6 attacks every 2 hours 40 minutes. This guy kills me daily!

It's just a game. I get killed everytime I jump online too. So when my time is up I killed as many people as I can before they kill me.
