Just wondering if anybody ever got a bruise where they injected?

Its a statistical probability- enough inj's and eventually you get one here or there- means you may have nicked a small blood supply as a bruise is just dead blood out side the blood vessel. I have had my share over the years.

^^ yeah..they are common if you have been around long enough. EVENTUALLY eveyone will get one. They are a pain if they are on your delt...no tank top at the gym that day. LOL

Try not to rotate the syringe when injecting...

lol ya this is the first time i got one and i got two one in my quad and one on my glute...i dont inj in my arms...

Very common. Hold pressure to the injection site when you pull the needle out. This will cause the bleeding to clot off and not allow the bruise to get bigger.

I have one right now on delt, about size of a dime, doesnt happen often but it does and this one is taking a long time to go away.

I havent had one in years till about 3 weeks ago.. Did a small shot of ghrp6, and I received a bruise about the size of a dime on my stomach..
