Are you giving yourself enough time to recover? Maybe you just need to take a few days off or to back off a little for a couple of weeks.

I think probably the main thing that you are feeling right now is the Deca wearing off. Is known for making joints feel good. I call it oiling the joints. I would try some Ibuprofen or Naproxen Sodium every day. You might consider some Glucosomine and Chrondrotin. It will get better it will just take a few weeks. Backing off the weight is a good idea also.

what is your history with training??
you history with AAS??
diet??
and so on...
if you have not been working out long, and start up a cycle, you are more pron to injury...just think your muscles get 3xs the blood flow as your connective tissue...so, if you increase your strength by 200% in a short time, your connective tissue is going to suffer. I say add more reps before adding more weight if you are having issues with muscle pulls and strains. take care of it now, or you will cause something major down the road.

i get this all the time...i feel like an old man right now...i grunt when i get out of my chair...my 245lb 25yo ass GRUNTS when i get up!
been off for quite a while myself...and i must say that being off deca definately makes a difference
....interesting reference...but it's kind of like when an opiate-head gets off of opiates and can now feel everything like he's supposed to, and everything hurts....it sucks lol
