Hi...my name is Any1uno...and I'm a gym addict! I see a lot of familiar faces..well...Avy's here.

I've been lifting now for almost 22 yrs. Took a little time off in between due to work and raising a family. My main interests are in powerlifting.

I look forward to learning more and contributing what I can here.

I really enjoy the boards. It's a great chance to learn and share information and build strong relationships with people who share the same interests.

I wish I'd of had resources like this when I first started lifting!
