nope juggs..the latter...i've been doing a lot of studying on this the last week or so ...

the depot is in a 1% lidocaine solution..i would assume to take away pain until it stops hurting..

however it still does not HEAL the joint, it does reduce all inflamation...

think about football players with a torn ACL/etc...they're a star player so instead of going right to the hospital they take the shots to help out for 2-3 months until they can get the surgery they need

...i have been told that my doc probably will not let me get these shots, and will instead suggest surgery

this really pisses me off...i will have a talk with him if that is the case here next week...if i can get the shot and strengthen up my knees through moderate excersize/aggressive stretching/HGH/IGF etc then i do not want surgery...period

btw i am curious to DW's sides with this..the medro depot is NOT prednisone which has horrible sides..i remember them well...it is still a CS, however

No sides what so ever.........I willtell you why that doc of yours KOSHER will not give you treatment ......what i think is that its a scam ..They rather do everything but give you that shot because that would mean less money...Maybe you should go see someone thats a family doctor insted of a specialist. You would have more of a chance that way.I know my family doctor treats the pain instead of fixing the pain....Thats what you need right now..........A specialist only trys to fix the problem instead of treating the problem. There you go my friend.
