Just didn't know if anyone has used them and if so what kind of results should I expect in comparison to doing the full exercise. Or if there was a special time you use these? I've used tricep cheats to help get through a tough area on benchpress but nothing else. What do you guys think?

cheating has its time and place, used sparingly when u've got the will to go harder but used too often then obviously....
i personally like doing big cheat curls for biceps from time to time

I agree, curls are one exercise where cheating is especially productive.

i often cheat the last couple of reps, and i especially like to do that and then take advantage of the eccentric portion by lowering the weight in a super slow fashion.

i cheat when doing heavy barbell (straight-bar) curls. very effective for me.
