Some of you guys probly have done this routine but I wanted to specify and share with the board..

you can do this solo but it is best to have 2 to 3 people to rotate in and out for rest breaks due to high volume, intensity, etc..with just one or two people you kinda stand around lookin like a tard from all the rest you will need but the key is..not to rest=) untill your half way done....


Barbell Curl, use 5lb weights and pack em on, whatever you think you could do 110 reps with , and have one break...let me explain..



like a said, Barbell, when i first started, i used 5-5lbs weights on each side (25lbs on each side, so that would be 95lbs including the bar)..lets say its you and your bud..

Do: 2 reps, he does 2 reps, then 4 reps, he does 4 reps, 6 and 6, you get the idea...go all the way to ten both you and your bud and then get a good rest in cuz this is when it gets tough....

now you are started with 12 reps, then your bud, 14, then your bud, 16, then your bud..all the way to 20, then your'e done...if you fail to complete a set...lets say by your set of 16 for example, you can only do 8 reps out of that 16, take a plate of each side..then finish out your 16..once you've taken weight off, you can't put it back on..you must finish out to 20 with that weight OR whatever weight you have left..when i started, i had the bar left for reps 18 and 20..make it a competition to with you and your bud to not take weight off, but don't cheat yourself in the meantime..you can rotate to inner bi and outer if you wantby widening your grip or keeping it close in with your elbows in tight..you might need to ..no matter what..even if you did this excercise alone for bi's, i guareentee you will be sore the next day


just thought i would share since it's bi's and tri's tomorrow and its time to kill em off..let me know what you guys think of this and I hope some of you give it a try..you wont be sorry=)

I love it. I use a few variations like just doing 100 reps and instead of 21's use 63's but i will throw those in down the road.

I did a similar workout wayyyyy back when I was a sophmore in high school....Except I used one 10, one 5, and one 2.5 on each side...going to 21 reps switching between partners...Great workout...Thanks for sharing bro.

that seems like fun! i have done 21s and others but this looks alot harder. only problem im a bit stronger than 1 of my partners and the third guy is a brand new newbi. so i dont think this would work but i might try and tweak it for us thnks.

we used to do this in weight training class back in highschool. will definately give you a pump.
