Hey VIP - How many of you are currently doing DC training or at least Rest Pause training?

I am currently on my 4th blast of DC and I must say that I am sold! Regretably this is the 1st blast that I have gotten my diet more on track. LOTS of protein, carb cutoffs, pre, during, and post workout measl/shakes. I have been making some ecxellent progress in the last 3 weeks.

Lets hear your experiences

I have been doing rest pause also for about two weeks. I really like it. I have been adding an isolation movement after the rest pause. I am doing this with high reps (20), three sets - lactic acid training. The combo really seems to give me a good pump. I haven't been doing it long enough to really comment on how effective it is but my strength is consistantly going up.

I have been doing a front - back split (chest, shoulders, biceps, quads - back, triceps, glues and hamstrings, calfs). (I am currently doing a three way split - my training is kinda curtailed due to family mdical problem.)TrainerJ told me about it - was a something that was popular some years ago. I really like splitting quads and glutes - hamstrings. I feel I can really get a better workout on each - no hold over fatigue in lower back of holding back a little knowing squats are coming up. It also seems to do the same for the biceps and triceps.

Any experience or comments on the front-back split.

im on my second blast with dc and i love it. my shoulder has gotten so much stronger after surgery by pushing it with the rest pause routine. my first time was a 4 day split but now with my diet extremely low on calories and ketosis im on the 3 day split and still going strong. pumps are great not really loosing muscle if anything have gained a little and lost lots of fat.
