So I hit "cashier" when I finished playing roulette and hit the "withdraw" button and I received an error message.

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.
The error returned was:

You do not have enough money in the bank to withdraw.


Then I looked in my wallet and I have ZERO VIP gold!

Can somebody tell me WTF just happened? I just lost 34 VIP Gold!!

Would this be because I am using Mozilla instead of IE?

I know this is an old thread but this just happened to me to last night and no one responded yet....I actually lost the 300vip gold that I earned

Unfortunately, It sometimes does that. I don't know why, but its got me a few times too.
