I have tried Novo and it seems to take affect about 1.5hrs after inj.
I have read that some take it before training and some chose to take it after training.
What is the most effective BB method known?

Before a workout can be quite dangerous as in the gym is when blood glucose levels drop. The risk of going hypo is greatly increased by injecting before one trains, and most believe the risks are not worth any perceived reward.

I try to ingest the right amount of CHO prior to training and it seems to be working quite fine.
I take around 10 units 45 minutes before training and take in Creatine/Protein/ and something called Waximaize by IDS around 30 minutes before training.
I do get some pretty major pumps during training.

Exubera ??? This is an inhalable type of insulin put out by Pfizer, but it doesn't look good as I believe they are discontiueing it..

Thats funny. Ive been diabetic for 18yrs now and I never realy noticed a big pump but maybe b/c I was 10yrs old when I started using slin. Ive used Humulog and Novolog and cant say I see a differents, but thats probably cause I need it.
However Ive always kept good gains dispite coming off the gear and never crashed real hard, look wise, dispite my natural testasterone levels being 285 ng/dl. Man I cant wait to get back on the sauce.
