so i have been readin...in the game for years and ready to step up to the plate.what is the recommended dosage around here.was thinking 3 ius 4 days on 2 off and work up to about 5 ius, see how my body handles it. will run as with it too.if i can get enough,will plan to run at least 6 months.thanx for the help,glad to see the place here.

You'll probably get a lot of different opinions, ie. how much to use, when to take it, etc. Personally I have seen good results w/ 3 iu's a day first thing in the morning before my shake. Have been running this for about 10 months now.

alot of people do 4 on 2 off.huess it depends on your body.how will i know whats bets for me?start off with 3 ius ed then see what happens if i take 2 days off? any help is appreciated!

Where the hell were you able to find GH from after Operation RD. I thought that sh*t dried up like my grandmas putang. Ive always used 4ius 5 days a wk but could never keep a steady flow do to availability and cost b/c 6 month can get very pricey. Not to mention when you stack it with IGF and AAS.

IF YA CAN AFFORD RUN 7 DAYS A WEEK. IMO TAKING DAYS OFF WHEN ON GH IS FOR THOSE THAT WANT TO SAVE $/CANT AFFORD IT. IS THE PURPOSE FOR BULKING OR BURNING FAT WHILE ON THE GH? IF BURNING FAT/BUILDING MUSCLE THEN USE EVERYDAY, BULKING THEN USE 20-30IU 3X/WEEK PWO.

ohmy.gif ......wow that's alot of gh for a first timer...won't taking that much affect your slin levels badly to a point where you might have to add slin in there?

I DO AGREE WITH YOU, THE DOSAGE NEEDDS TO BE ADJUSTED TO THE LEVELS THAT ARE SUFFICIENT WITH YOUR HISTORY OF TAKING AAS/GH/SLIN.

FIRST TIMER, 3IU A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK IS 21 TOTAL IU'S. 21/3=7 IU'S SHOT 3X/WEEK POST WORKOUT IF BULKING AN MIN FAT REDUCTION. IF GOAL IS TO BURN FAT AS WELL THEN TAKE 1.5IU AM, AND 1.5IU POST WORKOUT.

HOPE THIS HELPS AND CLEARS UP WHAT I WAS SAYING.....

I have done it exactly the same and it works well, over 3 ius and CTS sets in. I have recently backed down to 2 ius because I could feel the CTS coming on. I have tried it before I sleep and during the day while I am awake. During the day works best IMO. GH does not have to be used in large doses to reap benefits, so din't be afraid to start off at 1 or 2 ius a day and then wait for 30-60 days before increasing your dose. Depending on your age, even 1 unit a day is several times what your body naturally produces. Beyond a cetain dose, you are only wasting your money.

He is spot on with the comment about those trying to save a few cents. So many times I have heard people say just take on the weekdays and then take the weekends off. It's ridiculous.....5 IU ED will produce a noticablly different physique. 10 IU ED will produce better gains but you will start to feel side effects at this dosage.

I ran the stuff at 5 on 2 off just because I have insomnia and I found that taking it during the week helped me sleep better. I was a bit lethargic, but that is more to do with my lack of test.

What kinds of gains have some had running it 10IU/pwo 3x week? In conjunction with IGF-1 and slin too?

I run 2-5 ius a day......I only take a day off if I want to mix it up.

Your body produces it in spurts so I heard mixing it up helps muscle growth.

2iu a day is a good fat loss dosage......PWO at higher ius will help muscle growth.....then Ill switch it up to every other day.

The rumor going around is that all Chinese made generics will soon start to disappear.....so stock up if you can............maybe its a rumor but it has been started by the guys at the top of the food chain so I am listening.

I have a feeling after the olympics are done these problems should subside a bit.
