Timing insulin for diabetics can be dangerous- That much I know. I would -at the least- Have a dextrose & whey shake with my injection..If you are supposed to have sugar with your injection; But I know not all diabetics are. This is a touchy subject. I would say stick to the plan outlined by your doctor. Even working out before your daily insulin shot could be risky, seeing as your blood sugar will tend to be at its lowest- but If you could handle that I would think that would be the only way.

I would not play with it if I were a diabetic. One of the biggest problems for some diabetics is not to be able to control their weight. So if u one of those who still can manage it , stick with something else. Insulin for you is more like air then anything else.
