Hey everyone!

Has anyone here tried CLA- Conjugated Linoleic Acid, and or Hoodia? I was recommended to take these together for appetite suppressants and to aid fat buring. I just wanted to hear if what people knew about them, has anyone tried them?

Thanks! smile.gif

In terms of clinical studies both are a waste of time. CLA has some general health benefits, but as a fat loss agent its not good.

I hear that you had to use a lot and also a lot of Hoodia for it to take effect. Not sure if it's worth my time or $. lol...

thank you for your input!

Hoodia can be very good depending on the quality of the supplement, which is the main factor.

CLA needs to be taken at least 10g a day, more like 15g a day. If you can afford it, it is said to work well and have absolutely no side-effects.

YAY for no sides! The Hoodia I was considering getting is 100% pure, but it is expensive and I think you have to take a lot for it to work...so I am still un-decided. But thanks for the input! smile.gif
