So recently my Fiance and I have started eating 100% organic foods. Mainly breakfast foods. I can't even begin to explain how freaking GREAT it is!!! Mind you, it's nearing $14.00 for a pund of bacon and about $1.00 per egg....but it's so worth it and it's absolutely delicious! So much more flavour than regular food, which actually surprised me.

I posted earlier about Paul Chek (a great mind in nutrition and health) who once said something along the lines of the fact that some of his clients are billionaires, and spend all sorts of money on fancy cars and what not, but won't spend the money on organic food because it is "too expensive"...however why not? Our bodies are our vessels, and I know I want to keep mine as finely tuned as possible smile.gif

Anyways, just thought I'd share.

I have been thinking about going all organic..but the stores around here don't carrie a lot of the organic meats. I see a lot of organic veggies though. I think I will start there!

Starting anywhere is a good start smile.gif I know some places don't have very easy access to organic foods such as meats and dairy, etc...but if you can find the meat, EAT it!!! lol....really delicious smile.gif

I have been all-organic for about 3 years now. I have an organic butcher shop 5 minutes' drive away from home, which kinda helps. Doing a CKD using organic (meats mostly) runs me $500 a week, but OMG...

I have not looked back since. The food tastes better. It keeps fresh MUCH longer (a 1-week-old lettuce in the fridge looks like it was just picked) and so on and so forth. I feel good. I am never sick.
