My M1T cycle journal

Today I have started my cycle of M1T. My stats are 5'7 160 ibs.

I plan to take
week 1-2 5mg of M1T
week 3-4 10mg of M1T
followed by clomid and nolvadex for
week 5-6 Nolva 30 mg and clomid 75 mg
week 7-8 nolva 20 mg and clomid 50 mg

Today was an off day, so I just ate every 3 hours like normal.

My basicmeal plan is
8am 4 eggs and 2 peices of toast in the morning with oj. Along with Animal pack, 1 750 mg creatine pill and omega 3 pills.
11 am 1 chicken breast with a cup of veggies along with water.
3pm EAS Myoplex bar with another 750 mg creatine pill.
6 pm chicken with rice and a veggie with 2% milk along with taking 5 mg of m1t.

10pm EAS myoplex bar, and 750 mg creatinbe pill before bedtime.

Please feel free to comment on my diet to maximize my gains on this cycle.

Tomorrow is shoulder day..

I got a cold last night and have decided to hold off on this cycle. I don't think it would be a good idea to start off sick.

i've never used m1t... is it actually effective in such small doses as have been laid out above.? 5mg...?

I started this cycle last week. I plan to stack Tren(pill form) and m1t for the next 4 weeks. I haven't noticed anything in the last week and my weight hasn't gone up more then a pound or so. I'll be keeping close track in the next month with this new cycle approach! I'll be taking 10 mg of m1t for the next 4 weeks. After doing more research 5mg wasn't enough to make any differences. My diet is still consistant to what I listed above. I will also be taking milk thistle for protection of my liver also.

American Cellular labs. It's a pro hormone, not the real thing.

I'm up a few lbs and my appetite is through the roof. I started the dc training today in hopes of better gains.

I gained 2.5 lbs today, so I'm up 5 lbs total after a week on m1t.I'd love to see 10-15 lb gain even if it's mostly water. I haven' weighed 170 or more in 10 years.

No problem. I said earlier that I was going to do the dc trianing, but my shoulders were so pumped after chest and shoulder exercises I couldn't do triceps, because of the pain. I'm either going to make exceptions to the workout to make it work or go back to my regular workout.Today I had a good arm workout. I felt pretty full the rest of the day. I expected a .5-1.0 lb increase today, but not 2.5 lbs in one day. My weigfht is very consistant and doesn't fluctuate that much in 24 hrs.

Today was chest and back day and it went GREAT!! Before the summer I had a best of 205 for reps on bench and then summer school started and my diet went to shit in a hand basket. In turn, After summer school was over I was only able to put up 165 for reps. That was in august. Jump to last week. I tried the DC training program and was able to do 185 for the last few sets. Today I did my regular chest routine and I started off with flat bench, 4 sets and my 3rd set I was at 185 already,WOW HOO! I felt pretty strong today and decided to try 2 plates or 225 lbs. Well I was able to do that for 5 reps.. That is the most I've ever been able to put up.. I'm pretty stoked that I'm getting stronger and I feel zero sides from the m1t and tren.The only thing that I changed was today I used the smith machine and normally I use the standard bench. I don't know if the smith machine helped or cheated my way to 225, but I still put up the weight!
