are people doing pre workout or post workout shots with IGF? The first day i did a bi-lateral shot in the shoulders just before workout and had an awesome workout with a sick pump. The next 2 days I did my shots 15 minutes after my workout. Ive seen somebody say immidiatly post workout is the best time for the muscles to receive it, others say pre-workout gives great pumps and feeling of fullness in the muscles. I got 4000mcg and am taking 50mcg daily split bilaterally in one muscle group I`m working out for the day. Whats gonna get the best results?

i know a few people that do it pre workout for the amazing pumps it gives you but myself and most others pefer to do it post workout in the muscle group you just worked.

yea ok... I`m gonna start doing pwo shots. I did pre workout shot in shoulders and it was ok. Did my first bi shots ever today with the igf and it just put a little damper on my workout. I don`t mind pain or discomfort the next day or after work out, just not during. The "pump" is to much for me to handle during workout. Thanks greenleaf.

Timing is of essence when it comes to IGF no doubt.
PWO and after workouts< NOT LATER than 15 minutes after however. I would also recommend hitting the muscle worked that particular day.
I know that carrying the comopound out of the house and into warm temperatures is also a factor. I used to carry a cold pack and leave it in my car (the times that I have run the compound).
I have done a lot of research over the years, and have posted TONS of info on LONG-R3 IGF-1 administration/time line/dosages and such.
Do a search on the board for some of my old threads, and you will find golden info.
How much are you planning on running, and what is your schedule as far as days on and off?

thanks b2j. I will continue to take pwo from now on. I`m taking 50mcg split bilaterally in the muscle of the day 4 times a week. Gonna shoot into bi`s, tri`s, chest, legs (quads/calfs), shoulders. I have 2 mg total (4000mcg), gonna take it like this till its done. I also have 3 weeks left on this cycle so I will continue the igf into my pct. I did read that would help get the boys going.

GoTren, How are your gains? And when you say PWO do you mean post or pre? THanks.

I am doing the shots post workout. Doing them pre workout killed my workout twice because of the pain/discomfort/tightness especially when i did it in bi`s pre workout. Doing it post is no big deal on pain cause I am already done working out for the day.
I have done about 8 shots so far over 2 weeks, 50mcg each bi laterally and can see some small gains i think but we will see in 2 months when i have finished all my igf and the "new muscle fibers" have had a chance to grow.... thats when I`m hoping to see some more results. IGF is not supposed to be immediate.

I took them in the muscles I trained preworkout... It worked great IMO. Only problem I ran into with it were the pumps go to the point that I would have to chill for a second before resuming the next set. Pumps were so hard that they hurt.
Just my 2cc's

I have been shooting the lr3 sub q every 12 hours, i ahve read recent research that suggests, that lr3 does not effect site specific because it is made to last longer in teh bloodstream
