I'm curious to know as well.....I am currently using 40mcg bilaterally PWO only (only 1 week in) so I'm not seeing much of ne thin gyet.
When I had some I used to take it post work out and 40 to 60 mcg only on days I worked out it took a few weeks and then it was the best pumps Ive ever had I got very lean and hard I wish I could get my hands on some more, I live that stuff.
