I finally put up the same weight on bench and other movements as I did 2 yrs ago when I was at my biggest. 2 yrs ago I trained hard for a year to get where I was benching 205 at 155 lbs. I now know that I wasn't eating enough calories, but they were pretty clean. I dropped 20 ibs in 4 months at the time while dieting for my wedding. Today in the gym after working out for 3 month I put up 205 on bench and my squats are at 315, which I never trained before.
I'm now learning that your diet is the most important factor in the gym.
I'll post pictures of me 2 yrs ago an me now at the end of the month.
I finally did it!!
