Just caught it... on the sus 250 and I know it fucks with the immune system and I also smoke a good bit of marijuana for weight gain and nerves and I know that lowers too....
What do yall do? Ive been taking vit c ... this cold is starting to fuck with my training...
ehhhh... What do yall do when you catch a cold in the middle of a cycle?

Do a shitload of Zinc. 100mg 3X/day. That usually helps me.

I've herad that zinc is great, try "cold fx" or something like that, that should definitely speed up the process.

If your bodybuilding and useing AAS at the same time. By Smoking that shit i think all your doing is throwing your money away. Like THINKBig said, is it helping you with your gains? No way! It may make you feel good at the time, but in the end your fucking with your lungs and throwing your money away, use you cash on more gear not weed!

All it does is increase appetite, which no one really needs anyways. In the process, it seriously damages your lungs, and in the long term, your brain. It will definitely not help your physique at all.
