So i have had this for awhile its never been that big of a problem. Just alittle irratating. Got a little breast tissue under my right nipple. Nothing to big, about the size of a dime or a little less. Its been gone for along time, i didnt think it was still there its been so long. It useally flairs up when im useing. And i havent used for about a year. So i dont know why it all of a sudden popped up.
Been running some Nolvedex about 40g a day. Should i up it or juse run it till it goes away? LMK Thanks J

ouch, it's gynecomastia. My Fiance had to have 3 surgeries for that, cause it kept coming back. The only way to get rid of it is to have surgery and stop using. Even though it "flares up", when it doesn't it's still there unfortunately, but the surgery is day surgery and not that crazy, so that's what I would do if I were you.
Also, there is a topic in here under the Medical section about it, you may want to check that out too

lol, I know what you mean, it's cool if you can live with it, but that would be the only way to make it completely dissapear.

Take care of it while it's still small. It might get bigger and if so, you'll need surgery (if it's gynecomastia ...).

A PROPER PROCEDURE FOR GYNO, WILL REMOVE THE GLAND, AND WILL PREVENT ANY FURTHER PROBLEMS.
I SUGGEST DR. BLAU http://www.cosmetic-md.com/, HE HAS PERFORMED OVER 18 THOUSAND SURGERIES IN THIS AREA, AND MANY ON PRO AND AMATURE BODYBUILDERS.

My Fiance had it done, it's not that bad at all. It's quick, in and out in one day, not too bad pain wise afterwards either. Make SURE they get it ALL out....and watch your dosing afterwards as it can come back. Hope it works out well for ya!

Whats the best way to find a good surgen? Is your Fiance happy with what was done? How about the scaring. And does he still use ? IF at all?

The best way to find a surgeon is to just look them all up in your area, and see which ones are the highest regarded, you should be able to find info on line. Here we just ask our doctors for a refferal, could try that also, but then....they might ask questions
He is very happy with the results, there is a tiny horizontal scar that runs the length of his nipple, but you have to look damn close to see it. He's on test now, but I think that's it.

Ive only had that problem once in my history of using....I just droped the dose dowm on the test and went away...I guess the only answer to rid yourself from this problem is what TB said...Thats a big step but if it keeps flareing up then it very well might be the only way.Good luck man....dw

I had it done about year and a half ago. It is a minor procedure. I would suggest a surgeon with training in plastics or breast reconstruction(from cancer patients). These docs have exactually done this before and know to remove the entire gland and know what the gland looks like. Many general surgeons have done this before but if they leave the smallest amount of the gland in then it will reappear on down the line. This is probably why your fiance's came back twice MissKBuff. My scar is around the nipple so it is not noticable. They also put a small drain in that was pulled a week later in his office. Be sure to wrap it tight after surgery with maybe an ACE wrap or wear a tight Underarmor shirt all the time. This will aid in the healing and help to form your chest back in its normal position. I have ran two pretty heavy cycles since and have not had any problems.....knock on wood.
My surgery took about 45mins. I was back and eating breakfast by 10am and home before lunch.

I used to work for a Reconstructive Surgeon. He performed gynecomastia regularly. It's not that painful of a procedure especially if you just have a small lump. It just causes a little bit of bruising that goes away normally in about 2 weeks. We are all born with a certain amount of fat cells. Once you remove them they can't come back. But the existing fat cells can continue to grow. But typically once you've removed fat cells from a particular area that becomes the last area you see gaining size if you were to gain at all.

I think im gonna go ahead and try to get this taken care of. Mine is about the size of a nickle when its flared up. It makes my nipple look a bit buffy. Will the buffy look go away after the surgrey?
Bam what did you mean by that area will be the last place i will see gaing? Sorry i didnt understand.
