I had mine done about 1.5years ago and its slightly come back on both sides, I could probably loose a little fat to help the look though.

Yes they gave me the jackson pratt drains. its a little grenade looking plastic thing with a drain and a small hose that gets left under your skin. You open the drain squezze the thing then close the drain so it always has a small amount of suction into your drain hose.

Surgery costed $4000

I might be having it done again.

I had to wear a tight band around my chest for two weeks and couldn't lift for 3 weeks. The tight band is supposed to help make your skin that they peel up stick back down so it dosn't sag from not reconnecting properly. It can cause premature skin saggin in your near future if not done properly.

Really good point and important to follow! Not much can be done aside from getting tucked after your skin starts to sag. I'm not sure you'll have to worry about wrapping it since it's only a small amount you're concerned with. But I have seen some horrifying sagging skin from working in that industry if too much fat is taken out all at once and a garment isn't worn.

I too had it done. Lipo and excision of the gland...back in 2006.

It came back first cycle....even with anti e's....within a month. I stopped cycling at that point and the gyno is still here. Anyone that tells you it wont come back is full of shit. If your prone to it, it can and will come back.

I didnt have any drains, but I did have to wear the compression vest for like 6-8 weeks which sucked balls. I hated it, and it was the worst part of the whole surgery.

My insurance actually covered the surgery though...I got lucky. If it would have cost me more than the $500 deductible, I would have been fucking pissed that it came back.

I dont think Ill get it removed ever again....Im just gonna deal with it. Wasnt worth it in my case. If I do get it done again..it will be from an EXPERT gyno doctor.....someone who has done thousands of them before.

You're only concerned with a small amount and you're young. Don't be worried about sagging skin.

Meet with a few surgeons and find the one you're comfortable with. Ask how much experience they have with this specific procedure. Ask to see before and after photos of actual patients. When I worked for a surgeon we would get a patients consent to be a reference for a potential patient. They can explain their experience with you and put you at ease.

Don't be scared...my Fiance had it done 3 times, still no sagging (wtf is that about? lol) or such....sometimes it looks SLIGHTLY indented, but really, barely at all and you can't even notice it....

Keep us posted!

---------THE SAGGING-------------

When the doctors cut you open depending on if you have a little amount of breast tissue or alot, they will do some pulling up on your skin. Normally your skin has little hair like things on the inside of it that stick to your muscle or fat to keep your skin down. So when they pull up on your skin that attatchment comes apart. Now if you don't let it reattatch properly YOU COULD GET SKIN SAGGING. This is why fat peoples skin looks like shit and can be saggy because your skins little hairs can't attatch to the fat as good as muscle. Muscular peoples skin also looks tighter for that reason.

If you just have a little pea sized gyno it shouldn't be a problem. My Gyno had spread about 7" wide and 3" tall and 1" deep, kinda like a football shape. Couldn't tell by looking at me that it was that bad but it was. They took out 50% of mine just to make my chest look normal with no indentation. I would of had sagging because they lifted up a lot of skin to seperate all the breast tissue to remove it. I had a small cut on the bottom of my nipple on both sides that you cant even notice at all. I did one small cycle a year later and it came back instantly.

I'm not to sure but I believe now if you dont' want chick tits you shoule have the surgery and then just lift naturally, only way to go. I wish I would of. I had a good looking chest for a year and then I went and fucked it up again. A waste of $4000

When I think back of when I had the surgery done, the worst part was the initial injections because I was not put to sleep. He strapped my arms down because it was very painful. I want to say at least 15 injects all around each pec especially the sensitive areas. At one point he gave me a rubber mouth piece to bite down on. After the numbness set in it was cool watching him cut open the nips, whack out the glandular tissue, then proceed to liposuct like a madman. If you don't mind watching someone cutting you open and inserting tubes and with spear-like blades on the end...and you can get through the initial pain of the injections. its worth saving the extra money of not being put under.

If I ever have to do it again....I will not be awake! The injection pain was nothing like I have ever experienced before! (I have had 18 guage in my thighs before) Being strapped down makes it even more torturous! Your choice, Good luck bro!
