My biggest worry is loosing all the gains i've made this year. I hate starting over!!!

Well i guess so....Anyone would hate to losse anything due to some nagging injury.Long as you eat right and keep training around the problem YOU WILL MAINTAIN.As far as power you might losse a bit on a certain lift but you can regain it back within a few months.dw
