HOW LONG HAVE YOU HAD THIS PROBLEM?

MOST PEOPLE WHO HAVE GERD (GASTRO ESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE) PRODUCE FAR TOO MUCH ACID AND USUALLY HAVE AN IMPROPER PH IN THEIR STOMACH'S.

AS FAR AS THE LUMP IN YOUR THROAT OR THE WEIRD TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH THATS PROBABLY DUE TO YOU NOT DIGESTING THE FOOD YOU RECENTLY ATE, AND IT TENDS TO WORK ITS WAY UP AT NIGHT WHEN YOU SLEEP.

I'D RECOMMEND YOU SEE YOUR DOCTOR.

I have GERD and have had similar symptoms as you described. It come from the Pyloric Sphincter relaxing too much and digestive acids flowing into your throat. I used to wake up with a hella sore throat. Grab some OTC prilosec and see if that helps. Watch your alcohol consumption as well since it relaxes the Pyloric Sphincter and if you eat right afterwards you will have a miserable night. This problem only gets worse with age (I speak from experience on this) so watch yourself now so it is more tolerable later in life. biggrin.gif

Don't buy any OTC medication for this.

And don't trust your doctor to actually help you.

Acid reflux is caused by liver problems. Every morning upon waking, add 2 tbsp of ORGANIC APPLE CIDER VINEGAR to half a glass of water. Drink this.

It may seem counterintuitive to add acid in your situation but it will clear your liver of its load and allow the reflux to pass.

OTC and prescription medications will reduce the symptoms but cause much other havoc in your body.

This works, it's good for you, it goes to the root of the problem, other than removing what caused your liver to be so loaded to begin with, and it's natural and cheap.

I am about 3,800,999 % sure. Yes, that's a LOT more than 100%.

I will have to give this a try too.
I started having inconsistent problems since my mid 20s. I recall that shortly after a heavy cycle of test and deca, it fucked me right up.
Now years later, the obvious such as coffee makes me act up, but I have been noticing a gradual buildup of acid during the AM even before I intake any food at all.

Doctor could not find anything some years back, and I have not had time to go get checked again----I should make time however.

Thanks for the advice Gruntie wink.gif

Ive heard of the vinegar cure, but never tried it. I suffered for years with acid indegestion / reflux, etc. My doc finally prescribed prevacid, and I havent had a bad stomach in three years.

I have reflux (have had for twenty years). The best way to know for sure how bad it is is a gastroscopy.
Reflux can easily be controlled by drugs like Zantac or Gaviscon but only a doc will tell you which one is best for you.

One advice I can give you is not to eat right before you go to bed.
