Most of the general public has really no clue of what PL is composed of or the logic behind the sport. How many times have you been stopped by people asking questions like how much do you bench or how much can you press over you're head,or ever worst,Do you lift weights?....Thats when i reply,One morrning i woke up and i was all swole up.Im not going to explain the whole concept about PL simply because i dont have the time...But what is total power? To have total power is to gain maximum size and strength, you must learn to utilize you're entired body for each lift. Now i could write a page about proper technique in each exercize, but thats not the point. You've heard that theres a time and place for everything, well thats also true for PL and BBs.
The human body can only take so much destruction in the weight room and when you try to combine too much of either thats when you usually get injuryed. So many times i have seen BB get injured from going too heavey on power movements wile doing all their isolated movements. But on the other hand ive seen PL get injuryed from combine heavy power movements with too many assistance exercises.Dont be confused by everything you read. With each of us Its a big experiment, because we're all uniquely different..
When ever you get stagnated or burnout on one routine when you can try something difference, untill you find the right combination. Our Bodies adapt to exercise thats why we need change or try new routines.Be wise and compromise.Remember the old saying ONLY THE STRONG SHALL SURVIVE...In todays world its the strongest and the wisest that survives......dw
