I see my Chiro once every week. I also get a deep tissue message while there which helps in recovering form workouts. I consider them both to be an essential part of my training regime to keep me lifting heavy.
what do you guys think about chiropractics

JUST HAD MY FRIEND FROM THE GYM (WHO'S A CHIRO) WORK ON MY ARM A BIT THIS MORNING, ELBOW IS HURTING.
HE SAID THAT IT WAS SLIGHTLY OUT OF PLACE, HE DID HIS THING AND IT HURT LIKE A RAVING SON OF BITCH, BUT NOW ITS FEELIN SLIGHTLY BETTER.
I THINK IF YOU HAVE A GOOD ONE THEY ARE A VALAUBALE ASSET TO A TRAINING ATHLETE.
