I AGREE RYR AND GROUND FLAX SEED MEAL ARE TWO GREAT SUPPS TO START WITH TO COVER YOUR BASES.

PLUS I LOVE HOW THSAT SHIT TASTES, ALMOST LIKE CANDY WHEN YOU ARE IN KETOSIS...lol

ALSO YOU MAY WANT TO HAVE HIM LOOK INTO:

ARTICHOKE EXTRACT - 2-3 GRAMS IN 2-3 DIVIDED DOSES DAILY HAS SOME POTENTIAL TO LOWER TOTAL AND LDL CHOLESTEROL.

PSYLLIUM HUSK FIBER- 5-8 GRAMS 2X/ED

FISH OIL -ATLEAST 5 GRAMS DAILY HAS BEEN FOUND TO REDUCE TRIGLYCERIDES IN SOME HUMANS.

GARLIC EXTRACT - 2 GRAMS IN 3 DIVIDED DOSES/ED. HAS BEEN SHOWN TO BE VERY BENEFICIAL AND HAS POTENTIAL TO REDUCE TOTAL AND LDL CHOLESTEROL AS WELL AS TRIGLYCERIDES.

SOME POEPLE STILL LIKE POLICOSANOL, BUT NEWER RESEARCH IS PROVING IT TO BE NOT VERY EFFECTIVE, THOUGH OLDER RESEARCH CONTRADICTS THAT, SO WHO KNOWS.

ALSO, TAKE 5TSP. OF BENECOL DAILY, THIS HAS BEEN PROVEN TO HELP AS WELL.

ALSO NEW RESEARCH CURRENTLY ONGOING IS SAYING THAT CINNAMON MAY HELP TO REDUCE LDL TO SOME DEGREE, THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THAT TREATMENT IS UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME, BUT LOOKS PROMISING.

BENECOL IS A BUTTER/MARGARINE REPLACEMENT.

ITS REALLY GOOD SHIT, AND THE FDA KNOWS IT, SO MUCH THAT THEY WANT TO TRY AND CLASSIFY IT AS A DRUG, INSTEAD OF FUCKING BUTTER...lol

You can also use Liv52 to help. EFA's, CoQ10, Celery Seed and eat whole grains. Oatmeal..not the processed packaged stuff. Nuts and legumes.

I did not get the exact numbers he just said his doc said it was high but not high enough to put on meds?

Also THINKBIG i sent him over to a friends vitamin shop today to get everything, but he sold him SALBA SEED said it was better than regular ground flax?

Personnally i think this is gonna be a great thread as i would bet most of us with our lifestyle probably have high cholesterol and don't even know it!!!I know i am gonna get mine checked now.
