FYI for all,

I got recless about 2 weeks ago, was in a hurry, and did not use proper steril techniques when introducing a susbstance, and I surely did not aspirate.

As I said I was in a hurry and very reckless.

My first problem was not being sure what I was using was clean and reliable. I then proceeded to "introduce" it and not take the logical, proper steps of sterilization and aspiration and upon completetion of the "introduction", my extremity imediately swelled becoming very painful.

Apparently I was having a problem with my vascular system, which was altered due to bad technique, resulting in swelling and intense pain. VERY INTENSE PAIN. I had to go to the emergency room. Due to the nature of the topic, some/many doctor's were opinionated and clueless as in what to do.

To make a long story short. My improper techniques and rush to action, cause me a very serious health situation which was two fold. 1. I was having vascular problems and 2. using something new and unproven in it's cleanliness later lead to an infection.

Add both of those issues together and I suffered from great pain/swelling and infection. Amputation was one of the possible outcomes of my reckless acts.

This point is this, I never said what exactly I was doing, due to todays environment, so figure out for yourself what is meant by this post and use its warning to make sure you know 100% what you are doing, If you are not sure about anything, review what ever material that you need to in order to educate yourself And finally NEVER RUSH THROUGH ANYTHING!!!!

Hope this will help others avoid what I went through.

This is what My hand that I was told I was going to have amputated looked like due to my laziness.

Think of this next time you rush through your supplementation

Did they ever figure out what you did? Vein, artery, lymph node that you "introduced" into?

If I had to guess it looks like probably a artery. That is why it is so important to aspirate. If you see blood just pull out and "introduce
somewhere else.
