I think it's a good idea to not lift on the cardio days for a little while. It will give you some more energy, and every little bit counts! I do cardio during the week, and weight train on Sundays, Saturdays are for pure R&R
It's hard to do cardio only on days that I don't lift ... I lift 5 days a week
