I think it's a good idea to not lift on the cardio days for a little while. It will give you some more energy, and every little bit counts! I do cardio during the week, and weight train on Sundays, Saturdays are for pure R&R smile.gif

It's hard to do cardio only on days that I don't lift ... I lift 5 days a week ohmy.gif That would leave only Saturday and Sunday for cardio .. which is not enough.

Oooh yep, that's a good point! huh.gif

What kind of Vitamins are you taking? What kind of caffiene or energy meds are you taking? Many people take these through out the day but don't realize as they wear off at the end of the day they make you feel like crap. It may just be that you body is not bouncing back like it use to. At some point in time all of ours bodies get tired of this type of lifestyle that we live.

I take OptiWoman (from Optimum Nutrition). I don't take any caffeine supp nor energy meds.
But I take an anti-depressant every other day and ... a sleeping pill (or I won't sleep at all .).

What about coffee or sodas or carb ddrinks? It may be the antidepressants that you are on and you take them every other day. WHat is the name of the ones that you are taking. Every other day seems like that would have your levels on a rollercoaster ride.

I stopped taking the Redomex (it was supposed to help me sleep but it didn't). I take one Lorazepam and half a xanax at bedtime.

I don't drink cofee nor carb drinks ...
