OK lets throw the science bs out the window!
real world experience for those who have used IGF or the lr3 type?
My experience is it made me a bit lethargic at times, gave me rediculous pumps and vasculairty.
Did it add extra muscle? Hard to say as I was using a bunch of other aas but having used those aas without it I'd say it amplified the effects of the aas I was taking, (tren/test /winny)
enhancing glucose disposal and protein uptake maybe?
Weird thing is it did seem to put me in a good mood all the time when I used it.
peace.

I'D SAY THE LETHARGIC CAME FROM LOW BLOOD GLUCOSE.
ALSO, I'VE ALWAYS UNDERSTOD IGF-1 TO BE MORE OF A INVESTEMENT IN FUTURE MUSCLE THAN SOMETHING THAT COULD BE QUANTIFIED DURING A CYCLE OF IT.
THAT IS TO SAY, IT WILL LEND ITSELF TO MAKING NEW MUSCLE CELLS WHICH WITH TIME AND HEAVY ANDROGEN USE WILL MATURE AND YOU HAVE INCREASED YOUR POTENTIAL FOR HYPERTROPHY.
DEF. INTERESTED IN HEARING SOME ACTUAL RESULTS THOUGH, AS GUYS HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR LONG ENOUGH THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL US WHAT THEY HAVE/HAVE NOT ATTAINED WITH IT.

Ive been wanting to give the stuff a try......But i never want to spend any funds on the stuff.Instead i spend money on things that are certain like AAS.I hold my breath that someone will turn me on to a bottle of the stuff.....
Wishfull thinking leads to empty bottles...dw

Personally I didn't think it was worth the effort.

Personally I didn't think it was worth the effort.
I'VE UNFORTUNATELY HEARD THIS FROM SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO'S OPINION I VALUE, OBVIOUSLY ONE OF WHICH BEING YOURS, WHICH IS WHY I HAVE YET TO MAKE THE INVESTMENT IN IT.
I'M OFTEN LEFT WONDERING IF MUCH OF ANYTHING OTHER THAN AAS IS WORTH THE HASSLE FOR THE BENEFIT, WHEN IT COMES TO ACTUALLY BUILDING MUSCLE TISSUE, THAT IS QUANTIFIABLE ON THE AVERAGE JOE BODYBUILDER.
I THINK ALOT OF THESE PEPTIDES AND SLIN HAVE THEIR PLACE, BUT IT WOULD SEEM THEY ARE BEST FOR SOMEONE WHO IS ALREADY ON THE KITCHEN SINK, AS SOMEONE EXPECTING TO GET SOME QUANTIFIABLE BENEFIT FROM HIS EXPENSE, WOULD MORE THAN LIKELY BE BETTER OFF BUYING MORE RED MEAT AND TEST.
IF YOUR DOING EVERYTHING ALREADY, THIS MAY BE THE THING THAT OVER TIME PUTS AN ADDITIONAL FEW LBS OF LBM ON YOU AND HELPS YOU INCREASE POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH LONG TERM.
...OF COURSE I REMAIN OPEN TO CHANGING MY VIEWS, SHOULD SOMEONE OFFER ME A VIEWPOINT THAT IS VALID.

I have used it several times. Ditto on the crazy ass pumps and low blood sugar. I want to believe it provide some additional muscle growth potential, but honestly I can not give quantitative measures of this. I do believe it has aided in my PCT when utilized and the last two times I used it during PCT I maintained what I would consider most if not all of my gains (less water). My last run I maintained my cycle weight less 3-4# for water 6 months out. I liked the localized pump for the muscle injected and do believe it was worth the effort. I did not use it everyday either, but EOD or E3D.

YOU NOTICE ANY GIRTH IN YOUR WAIST, BLOATING, ABDOMEN DISTENSION, ETC. ...?

I was a little bloated, but hell I'm fat. I will say that my waist size did reduce after discontinuation, but don't know if that was just water.

I've used it on 3 different ocassions,
Using it eod for the first 2 wks and ed for last 2 weeks maybe a bit more water reten than usual but nothing to bad.

I did this exact same thing. I had about three runs with it and to be honest I think there was a real difference in the quality of each lab. this is where the line is drawn in terms of effectiveness IMO. The first time I tried it I was stacking it with test / deca at low dose ( under a gram a week combined). The pumps were insane and the vascularity reminded me of anavar ( similar look). I ran it for three weeks like this then ran it again on a bridge cycle of test (250mg a week), (GH 4IU ED) (IGF lr3 40mcg preworkout in desired muscle). I felt and kept the same size through the bridge but in all fairness I rolled one cycle into the other so i dont know if it was just the stack or the fact that I never really came off. For what its worth I felt it was a good investment with GH and AAS but again the money part is all relative. I say if you can swing it then why the hell not but on the other hand its not the BEST bang for the buck.
I know that was a sloppy post but what the hell its early and the coffee hasn’t kicked in.

Absolutely , quality of labs is a big issue.
I've seen one test coming back at no more than 58% tops!!!

Very Kewl, hats off to Grunt76 , I think he's the first to advise eod or E3D injects of IGF
After educating my self a bit basically we need to allow these receptors ( tyrosine kinanse receptor)to recover, which is probably around 12-24 hours for all tyrosine kinases, and it would appear that the active life or LR3 IGF-1 is roughly 24, although this isn't definite. Hence, it makes sence that the best route to take would be an EOD injection or POSSIBLY E3D injection scheme.

Thank you SHINE.
I have obviously used it and liked it, but I too, found immense differences in effectiveness among labs. Some people's stuff was a HUGE disappointment.
The very good stuff always puts me in a great mood, makes me feel like a million bucks. A bit like GH but much stronger and more lethargic. And HUNGRY.
I'm currently on CKD and use it during the carb-loads only, spot-injected into weak bodyparts.

as far as shuttling carbs to your muscles or not allowing blood born glucose to be stored as fat lr3 is great but for muscle building i belive its useless. i have had many runs and have yet to see a single pound of muscle
