Cortisol imbalance might be a good explanation. Are you having any major joint pain?

Just wondering why you are up twice in six hours of sleep peeing if your 25 y/o and never had kids. From the look of your avatar you are in good shape so it is a possibility that you have a urinary tract infection causing you to pee often and the infection is causing the fatigue.

take the FESO4, NOT homeopathic junk; take colace 100mg twice daily because iron causes contipation; take a n H2 blocker or PPI (zantac/prilosec) for any abdominal discomfort. I don't know how old you are, but if you are menstrating heavily that would be the most likely culprit besides GI bleed

I have no idea why I have to pee so DAMN much throughout the night. I live on water and I only have one tea very early in the mornings, and I'm only drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day, the last being around 3:30-4:00pm, so I really don't know, never had kids, and my urine was tested (as I thought that could be it aswell) and all came back normal, and funny cause I never used to pee so much?!?!?! LOL.....ugh....

UPDATE - I think I was feeling so tired and crappy because of the Anemia, and also because I was WAY over training myself and not eating enough (1200-1400 cals a day and burning 700 cardio in the mornings alone) as I was trying to lean down, I'm now leaner than my AV, that was 6lbs ago, lol...so I've stopped being crazy about it as I ended up Hypoglycemic yesterday and I'm already feeling better today, so we will see tongue.gif
