Today I went to the chiro for my bi monthly check up and noticed my arms are looking puney. I started summer school 7 weeks ago and have had to drastically alter my diet. Which in turn I think is catching up to me. I know my calories are down and I have a fast food meal during the day, which I know isn't good. Anyways Next week I'll be back on track with chicken or steak for most of my 5-6 meals a day. I want to go on a diet to try and see if I can get a 6 pack again. Today in the gym I also noticed the lack of energy I have lately and the weights I can lift show it.
That's all rant off!
What a depressing day :(

yeah, that would depress me too. I hate losing hard earned ground. you just need to get back in to the routine.

Oh believe me, I hear ya! I was doing so great, lifting the most I'd ever lifted, then became really anemic (over time) and crashed. I'm just now getting myself back on track, and it can be damn discouraging. Keep your chin up, you'll get there

over the years I've learned that you can't always be 100% all the time. And have found that if I keep a postive attitude not letting my ego get in the way...I have bounced back normally faster then it took to get to that point.
Just know that as hard as we all may try...it is tough to stay on top of your game all the time. Best approach I take is to do my best no matter what. Even if the best for that day is just getting out of bed and hitting the gym. TO me...any workout is better than none at all. As for diet...well..I'm a PLer so diet isn't my main worry.
