Oh and for some reason it won't let me multi quote.

Try black powder, unreal pumps and crazy energy, much better than NO-xplode.
You like the muscle milk? I always thought it was overpriced junk? Is it good? I know it tastes good but as for bang for your buck?
I will look into Black Powder. I took the No-Xplode/Cell Mass before on several occasions and loved it. The way it tasted, the pumps/caffeine from the No-Xplode and the creatine from Cell Mass helped a little.
Muscle Milk is about the same price as ON, if not a little cheaper. www.massnutrition.com has great prices on them. Taste great and the cost is about the same as any other protein. To me it's worth it.

IMHO, glutamine is common sense and simply cheap insurance. it's major importance to me is to stave off the bodies inclination to draw from muscle for fuel - the catabolic process. and, its cheap so for the price, why not???
Sounds like a plan

My only issue is with taking certain types of aminos is that you tend to throw off the balance of the amino chains. Your body breaks down amino chains very efficiently. However, if you increase one amino, it would throw off the whole balance therefore actually slowing down the break down and the efficacy of the altered chains. Does that make sense? I also feel that with a proper high protein diet, you should be getting all the glutamine your body needs. Again, these are my thoughts on the subject and would like to hear others...
Very interesting to take into consideration. I love to hear other thoughts on this also.
Guess it automatically multi quoted for me
