Alright, so I over trained myself, wasn't eating enough (trying too hard to lean down after my cycle) mind you, I wan't being stupid, just coming up a bit short I guess.

So I think my Anemia is almost under control, who thought it could take so long?!?!? I'm no longer on a cyle (for the moment) and I'm only taking Calcium and Iron, I'm trying to get myself back to basics...thank god I still have my foundation, so I'm not starting from scratch or anything...

I've now taken roughly a couple weeks off from the gym, and am going in with a whole new game plan.

Can anyone give me any ideas on natural supps, diet, etc, to get my game back quicker than normal?

I train one set to failure, and I try to stay away from isolation, as I believe that my core and such can definitely benefit from any excercise.

I feel like I've got a good plan, however any insight is appreciated smile.gif

thanks! weight_lift.gif

I believe a good multivitamin, aminos and protein are the basic building blocks to start with.

Good old creatine always offers a good boost.

I use glutamine when bulking.

NO2 is really good as it does not have to be cycled off and on, you can stay on it continually and you will continue to see gains from it. I use a basic NO2 thats cheap cause I stay on all the time but if you want a quick boost try black powder, absolutely amazing and effective immediately.

17 HD will give you mad work out energy and increased strenth. Stack with Anabolic 7 for good gains.

T-Bomb 2 stacked with Sarm X is good.

Pronabolin is good as well.

A lot of these claim to "Boost test" , though I doubt they do but as a woman i suppose that is something you should be aware of.

I'd like to see your diet as well as your workout schedule. Curious to see what you have going on.

Happy to see you getting control of your anemia though..congrats on this.

Oh..and I agree with Kane...a ladies multi vit is a great start. Aminos and protein as well.

Thanks for the response!

My diet really does always vary, but some staples are chicken salad, chicken soup, sometimes tuna, eggs in the morning (often an egg/chicken wrap) cereal, soy milk, veggies, etc...

I eat Breakfast, fruit snack half way to lunch, lunch + a snack halfway to dinner, then dinner...right now I'm trying to keep my cals at about 1300 durin the weekdays, weekends usually about 2500 each day.

Any diet suggestions?

My training hasn't started yet, but I don't train my legs anymore (yet at least) as I burned them off practically, by doing cardio every morning for about an hour before work...so it's upper body once a week for now.

Sorry, that's really vague, but I'm at a weird spot, lol....

yes we need to know your goals. I would say training one set to failure...given the different clues i have read in your posts, may be a no go right now. Once we get your goals we can set up a routine, then switch it up after about 4-6 weeks to keep you going without setbacks.

The basic supps mentioned are a good start. Remember the Creatine will cap out in your body within a month, so you will have to cycle off and on.

I will be doing another cycle, not sure quite when, but there will definitely be one.

As for my goals, right now I weigh 122lbs and my pics can be found in a different "member's pics" thread with the subject "muscleicious" Id post them here, but they're not on this computer.

I'd like to stay cut, as lean as possible (which I know is very hard while building muscle mass) but I'd like to have more muscle also, want to be a little bulkier.

Really want to work on my pecs, back and biceps the most, not to the point of being an upside down triangle, lol, but I feel these areas could always use a little improvement.

Core is huge for me right now, it's the weakest part of my body, so I definitely want to up my regime in that department.

Ass and legs will come next, gota keep those in tip top! weight_lift.gif

You have gotton pretty much good info above buffy but they have failed to tell you its more about taking supps .....Its about keeping foucs..Heath n fitness is a LONG TERM action.Go back in time and find the main reason why you began this jorney in the first place...Come to grip with it once again. You must realize that life will throw you a curve ball and it will take away all desire to lift..More offten you will have to force yourself to push on...Its not easy to stay level minded and foucs on whats really important but realize that anything good in your life is gonna take extream action to received the gold...Take it from someone that beens choping away for over 20 years and ive had some serious blows but yet i found my intter self to contuine.........Any one can start off head strong BUT to never quit is for the people that are very serious about what dreams they set out to do.Dont let every day life wear you down....take hold of what you desire and make it happen. Its more mental then anything....One word can only be proven to work when it comes down to the bitter end and this is FORCE.Most people cant force situations but only the strong can work with force. Now ask yourself what are you ......the weak or the strong?Like i said ,find your roots and get back to your dreams...I really want you to make it.......dw

Thank you for writing that! It was incredibly well put and really made me think. You're right, it is definitely a long term thing, and can sometimes be easy to lose sight of. Have to keep the mind on the bigger picture.

I know I will never quit, a break is a break, just got really down the last time at the gym when I worked so hard to achieve what I did, and then lifting was so hard because of my health dip, very discouraging. However, that being said, I am definitely not a complainer, winer or a "woe is me, poor me" person, I will always get back up and keep fighting! But I think this little break helped as it pumped me up to get back in there and give it what I've got weight_lift.gif

Thanks again dw, great post! smile.gif
