thursday aug 28 finally going in for my heart procedure. should only take 4 to 6 hours. hopefully this will fix the old ticker and i can get back to normal. training has been pitifull for about 8 months. i am ready to get back to normal. also say one for my son he goes to jail for 45 days tuesday aug 26.

thanks for all the prayers. i am doing fine a little sore and tired but i will be fine. hopefully it is fixed. going to see my boy tomorrow.
