This is one article and one research by one individual pulling absracts to draw his own conclussion.

I do agree with alota things there but from many other long term studies GH does seem beneficial for the older athlete (35-40) and the elderly.

It's not going to be the God send for everyone in the BB world imo.

That's just it bro...it's not going to be godsend for bodybuilders. I think it's important that we get the facts straight.. My wife is a doctor so don't think I just read this article and thought GH was worthless. It's not , like you said, for older people who have diseases where their muscles and bones are withering to nothing.

But most of the medical data available to doctors show that GH has far more risks than benefits at this point.

This is off the subject but....there is...was....a doc. in my town who was giving women shots of B12 and HCG, along with some crazy diet, to lose weight. Many women were dropping the weight until 1 women died and the doc lost her practice....

Point is we hear of new things that come out that may have great benefits, but it's takes some time to see all of the actions from a drug, pos. or neg.

I've heard horror stories about GH and Im only trying to look out for the long term health of our community...

PEACE
DD

Realy most of the drugs made theese days seem to have as much risk as benefit.

Guess one has to decide for them selves if the benefits out way the risk.

Good post. I've been on AAS for over 20 yrs now. I started HGH appox a year ago. I'm 41. The problems with GH is that not all is good and its not easliy tested because of it being a peptide. The first 5 kits I did was great but this 2nd 5 kits have been shit. So to make it clear. For me its Test. I will finish the crap since I got it but I don't think I will use any more HGH again. Just to hard to know if what your getting is legit. My 2 cents.

Good article.. but as previously stated.. this was one study done by one person.. it is obvious from some of huge pro bodybuilders we have now that gh works.. even at lower doses... there is just much less stomach distention..
